What platforms is OneStepTwo available on?
OneStepTwo is live now on iPhone and Android. Download it free from the App Store or Google Play.
How much will it cost?
Free to download, with an optional Premium upgrade inside the app. See the app for current pricing.
What ages is it for?
Use the app when your family is ready to start. It helps you keep a record. It cannot tell you whether your child is ready.

That's step one. One Step Two is built for childhood milestones, and potty training is the first of many we'll help your family celebrate.
Does OneStepTwo work without an internet connection?
Yes. You can save a trip while offline. It uploads after that device reconnects and reaches a sync trigger. Another device receives the change on its next foreground, reconnect, later change, or manual refresh.

Yes. Choose a child on Home. Each child has their own trip history and Potty School progress.
What's the difference between a Guardian and a Caregiver?
The Family admin manages invitations, members, children, roles and family settings. Invited Guardians and Caregivers can both log and view activity. With Premium, Guardians can also use eligible notification and reminder settings. Caregivers cannot.

Your family record is shared with the people you invite. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
How do notifications and reminders work?
With Premium, trip updates can let the Family admin and invited Guardians know when another member logs an event. Potty reminders are a separate choice and stay off until enabled.

The diploma and trip history stay in the app. You can keep logging for as long as it helps your family.

Yes. You can request account deletion in the app. The Delete account page explains the steps and what happens to your data.
Does OneStepTwo give medical or developmental advice?
No. We help you keep a record and share links to trusted advice. For questions about your child’s health or development, talk with a qualified health professional.
