Do I have to join testing?
No. Leave both device boxes blank and join with your email for launch news only. Testing is completely optional.
How do I volunteer to test?
Choose iPhone (iOS), Android, or both before pressing Join the waitlist. Your email and testing preferences are saved together. We will email you when a testing invitation is available.
When does it launch?
We're putting the finishing touches on the iOS and Android apps. Join the waitlist and you'll be first in line.
How much will it cost?
Free to join, and we'll never surprise you with a price change without asking first. We'll share full pricing before launch.
What ages is it for?
Use the app when your family is ready to start. It helps you keep a record. It cannot tell you whether your child is ready.
Is it just potty training?
That's step one. One Step Two is built for childhood milestones. potty training is the first of many we'll help your family celebrate.
Does OneStepTwo work without an internet connection?
Yes. You can log a trip without internet. Your family can see the update once you are back online.
Can I track more than one child?
Yes. Choose a child on Home. Each child has their own trip history and Potty School progress.
What's the difference between a Guardian and a Caregiver?
A Guardian is a parent or legal guardian. A Caregiver might be a babysitter or daycare helper. Caregivers can view and log trips, but cannot manage family settings or receive trip notifications.
Who can see our data?
Your family record is shared with the people you invite. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
How do notifications and reminders work?
Trip updates let eligible family members know when a trip is logged. Potty reminders are a separate choice. They stay off until you turn them on.
What happens once my child graduates Potty School?
The diploma and trip history stay in the app. You can keep logging for as long as it helps your family.
Can I delete our data?
Yes. You can request account deletion in the app. The Delete account page explains the steps and what happens to your data.
Does OneStepTwo give medical or developmental advice?
No. We help you keep a record and share links to trusted advice. For questions about your child’s health or development, talk with a qualified health professional.
