Delete Your OneStepTwo Account

You can permanently delete your OneStepTwo account and all data tied to it at any time, directly from the app — no need to contact support.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open the OneStepTwo app and sign in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Tap Delete my data.
4. Review the summary of what will be deleted, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone, and there's no recovery period or grace window.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes: your child profiles, all logged potty-training events, notification preferences, consent records, registered device tokens, and your family organization itself.

What We Keep, and For How Long

We keep a record that proves we honored your deletion request for 90 days, for our own accountability — this record does not contain your family's activity data, only that a deletion happened and when. It is permanently removed the next time we process a deletion request after that window.
